My name is Gracie Rios Pajonk.

I am the Founder and President of Themis People Consulting, an HR consulting firm. I specialize in partnering with start-ups, non-profits, and small-to-medium sized businesses. I serve as a fractional HR Director for my clients and can support you with outsourced HR services and talent acquisition efforts.

Prior to starting Themis People, I served as the Director of People for a fast-growing ed-tech company in Boston, MA. During my tenure I established the HR department and created the firm's core HR processes, allowing for successful expansion in staff and revenue. Previously, I was a Talent Acquisition Manager for nationally recognized non-profit organization focused on advancing opportunities for underrepresented students and early stage professionals. In that capacity I led several recruiting efforts, including campus recruiting for roles with prominent Wall Street firms and Fortune 100 companies.

I have a Certificate in Human Resources from the Industrial and Labor Relations School at Cornell University, and a BA in Political Economy from Georgetown University. I am also Gusto Payroll certified and in the final stages of obtaining the SHRM-CP certification.

When I am not working with my amazing clients, I love to spend time with my husband, daughter, and 12 year old cat. For fun, I love working out (Orangetheory + Pilates), perfecting my succulent/cacti gardening skills, and watching football on Sundays (Go Patriots & Bears!).
